Nosto is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Global HR team. The position is a one-year maternity leave replacement, with the possibility to extend. About the Opportunity As HR Coordinator you are acting as the main HR contact person for our offices in Austria, Germany, and France. You are accountable for operational HR and manage the whole employee lifecycle. Typical duties include responding to daily HR questions and requests, managing payroll, benefits, and employee records for each entity and supporting managers and employees with labor law and collective agreements. The role may include occasional travel. In the role, you are reporting to the Global Head of HR. At Nosto we believe in working together to reach a common vision. Main responsibilities: Main contact person for operational HR issues in countries under your responsibilityManaging employee lifecycleManage payroll and benefits together with outsourced local partnersBusiness support to managers in questions about labor law, collective agreements, company regulations, benefitsMaintain positive employee relations, built on trustDrive HR initiatives and projects in the responsibility areaRequirements: Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or other relevant fields2-4 Years of working experience in HRExposure to multiple fields of HR practices e.g. HR operations, Compensation & Benefits and HR administration.Experience from working in an international HR environment, and familiarity with European labor practices an advantageAbility to juggle and manage conflicting priorities and work at pace with accuracyFluent in English and German(C1 level), working knowledge of French is an advantageEmployment Information: Base Salary Range: 40,000€ - 45,000€You'll get...
